SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES
STREET GRANDMA is committed to delivering valuable and worthwhile products. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for store credit within 10 business days of your delivery date. The item(s) you wish to return must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition. If the return meets the above standard, you will be contacted via email and issued store credit. If you would like to make an exchange, you can do so by using the store credit issued towards your desired purchase online.

Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us at email@example.com
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can’t find it, please verify the shipping address. Look for a notice of attempted delivery and/or see if someone else accepted the delivery on your behalf. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can do our best to assist you. However, we will not replace merchandise that has been misplaced due to theft or a package being left outside for any length of time. We are not responsible once the package is in the hands of USPS, FedEx or UPS.
We will not refund or reship packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. We do not file claims on behalf of customers for missing packages.
